Terms & Conditions:

1. This account allows you to list and modify your domains with Domain Name International. Therefore, you hereby declare you have the complete ownership and right to list any domains you submit to Domain Name International. Any submissions of domains not owned by you or approved by the owner will subject the account to immediate termination for abuse of your free account.
2. If you enter an "Asking Price" for a domain, you are agreeing to sell that domain for the listed price. If a buyer makes a bid for that price, you have already agreed to accept. You may, however, sell a domain for a lower price after negotiations.
3. You agree to allow Domain Name International to act as a broker for your domain name and to withhold our commission of 10% with a $250US minimum and wiring fees (usually less than $30US) from the transfer of funds to you after a successful sale of your domain. This only applies to sales where we, Domain Name International, are responsible for finding a buyer.
4. You cannot hold Domain Name International responsible if a buyer withdraws, if a system failure occurs, or any other occurrence resulting in loss of a sale. Domain Name International merely acts as a third party negotiator/escrow service and cannot guarantee completion of any sale.
5. Any questionable or "adult" oriented domains must be listed in the "adult" category. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate removal of the domain and/or termination of the domain owner's account. We are very strict on this point: we do not wish to forbid the listing of any domain, but we most certainly do not want objectionable material presented to unsuspecting users.
6. Domain Name International reserves the right to delete any domain and/or account from our listings at any time with or without prior notice if we feel it is necessary. If such an event occurs, Domain Name International will cease to represent that domain and/or owner as a broker.
7. Domain Name International reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions as necessity dictates.

Domain owners have the right to remove their domains and terminate Domain Name International's representation of that domain at anytime. To do so, simply delete your domain from our databases using our View/Mod Domains interface.
